What to do in Ibiza
Visit Ibiza during your cruise vacation
Ibiza has a reputation as a party island, but there is much more than just nightclubs. Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the proud island capital and resides on the south-easterly coast, where it enjoys a protected harbourside setting.
Ibiza Town, Eivissa, is one of the best preserved medieval towns in the whole of Europe, being home to a beautiful Spanish cathedral and many fantastic restaurants and trendy bars. The beautiful island of Ibiza has an average of 300 sunny days per year.
The historical part is located in the upper city, in Dalt Vila, which belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage.
If the cruise ship stays overnight in port, be sure to experience something of the vibrant night life, perhaps Ibiza's greatest asset. For an exploration of Eivissa and its highlights a few hours will do. You can make an excursion to the island of Ibiza as well.
