After a short drive you will arrive at Mdina, the former capital of Malta. It’s a quiet and charming town where you can stroll around the historic center or enjoy the views over the island.
Next stop are the Dingli Cliffs, the highest point of the island. From atop the cliffs you have breathtaking views over the Mediterranean, some smaller islands and the inland of Malta.
The botanic Gardens of San Anton are the public gardens of the San Anton Palace, the official residence of the president of Malta. The Gardens contain a large variety of trees and flowers from around the world, including a variety of palm trees, cypress, jacarandas, araucarias and other exotic plants, some of them over three centuries old.
