Old Olbia is great place to spend your day. If you are looking for tourist-based shopping, the Corso Umberto, the main street of the Old town, is definitely for you. You will love the old streets with thousands of souvenirs, ceramics, traditional food and drinks, and historical buildings.
The open-air market
Every Tuesday and Saturday is market day in Olbia. Selling all sorts of goods and crafts, the street markets are a great way to observe the local lifestyle. Stalls offer fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, honey and, of course, traditional olive oil.
