The port of the island of Santorini is situated near the main town of Fira. It's much too small for cruise ships. They anchore near the cliffs of Fira, resulting in some spectacular views. Tender boats take you ashore in the old port. From there you have several options to explore the island. You can explore the town of Fira itself or you can also make an excursion to Oia.
