- When do I receive my confirmation?

 

You will receive an answer within 48 hours. Availability will be checked.  Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation.

Hotmail, Aol and various other email categorize any new email message from an unknown address as unwanted or SPAM. Please add our email address info@shorebee.com to your address book.

 

- How can I clean up my order list in order to make new ones?

 

You can delete your tours by clicking on the grey dust bin icon (before booking process, on the excursion page)

 

- I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation e-mail. 

 

For each order, a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the address you registered. If you didn't receive confirmation e-mail, it may be in your spam folder. If you've checked your spam folder and it is still not htere, please get in touch with us info@shorebee.com

 

- Difference between group tour and private tour?

 

During group tour other participants will be joining you. During private tour you travel only with your private group (no other will be joining you). Please if you book private tour choose the correct price section regarding the number of participants in your private group

 

- Will I receive a discount if I book 2 and more excursions?

 

All our prices are already the lowest possible. You can opt for an excursion package.

 

- What is included/excluded in tour?

 

Includings/excludings are clearly marked in descriptions of each tour.

 

- Can I customize the itinerary?

 

Yes. Private tours are possible to customize, also you can choose pick up/drop off time which is the best for you.
Group tours are not possible to customize. You travel with a group. Bus will depart on time without waiting for delayed customers in order to allow a smooth tour operation.

 

- Where can I find the bus/driver at port ?

 

After your booking is confirmed you receive meeting instructions via e-mail: starting time, meeting point, emergency number etc

 

- What to do if I do not see the driver/guide?

 

Please contact your emergency phone number (indicated on your confirmation voucher) as soon as possible and describe to the representative where exactly you are. 

 

- What to do if I am too late for the tour?

 

We strongly recommend to disembark from the ship as soon as possible to avoid delays for the arrival at the meeting point and in order to take the shuttle avoiding overcrowding ashore; in case you disembark too late you may be required to wait in line for the port shuttle; the shore excursion vehicle unfortunately will not wait for delayed passengers. We recommend to contact your emergency phone number (indicated on your confirmation voucher) as soon as possible BEFORE the start of the tour

It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
