Once successfully completing the booking and the payment process, you will receive a confirmation voucher for each tour (immediately or within max 48 hours).
The voucher should be printed on paper or displayed on a Tablet or Smartphone. It is your responsibility to be on time to the meeting point. No refunds are available once a tour has begun.
All vouchers show the local phone contact and the emergency phone number. If you have problem in finding the meeting point please immediately contact the emergency phone number before the start of the tour. In case of any claims due to communication problems, you may be required to prove this previous attempts of contact made before the starting time of the tour.
RECEIPT OF THE BOOKING:
A receipt for the booking will be automatically e-mailed together with your voucher when you place your reservation.
HOW TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY BOOKING:
If you need to add a guest, change the date or starting time please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Do you forget to mention your booking reference number. Changes can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the tour
Each tour may have different cancellation policy, however standard cancellation policy is as following:
Standard ShoreBee cancellation policy
- If you cancel your booking up to 10 working days before the intended execution date of the booked service, the cancellation is free of charge. You will get a full refund.
- If you cancel your booking between 10 and 0 working days before the intended execution date of the booked service or if you don’t show up in time, you will be charged 100% of the price and you will not get a refund.
- In case you cannot show up because the cruise line changes the itinerary, the cruise ship is unable to dock or disembark passengers in a timely manner and the booking is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
We reserve the right to charge in full for non-show members
