It's easy to reach the center of Zeebrugge from the cruise port. First take the free shuttle bus from your cruise ship to the exit of the port. From there you can walk to the beach of Zeebrugge. Or you can take the kusttram (=coastal tram).

Most cruise passengers opt for a day excursion to Bruges. You can go on your own by train from Zeebrugge or Blankenberge to Bruges. From the train station in Bruges you have good and frequent connections to Ghent, Brussels and Antwerp.
