Your first stop in this historic city is the catacombs of Kom al-Shuqqafa, a Roman burial site whose family tomb reveals the merging of Egyptian and Roman art and architecture. Descend below ground to visit the tomb and Caracals Hall.

Back above ground, continue to Pompey's Pillar, an 82-foot (25-meter) granite column built to honour Emperor Diocletian, who freed the besieged city and brought food to its starving people.

Lunch is included during the tour and will be served at local SEA-FOOD restaurant.

Move onto Alexandria Library, which contain copy of approximate every book published in the world. This makes the library one of the great literary sites in the world.

The tour includes short stop in front of Morsy Abul Abbas famous mosque, which is one of the most sacred and famous mosques all over Egypt and the World.

From Alexandria port, step back in history and pay a visit to El Alamein, the location of the World War II famous battle, World War II remains and cemeteries, Military Museum, final resting place for Common wealth, Greek, Italian and German soldiers), transfers, entrance fees & tour guide are all included.

Proceed to World War II remains and cemeteries,( WW II Cemetery). El Alamein Battle was one of the most significant confrontations of this War. Your first stop will be at the Military Museum including displays of weapons, military garb and tanks. Descriptions of the actions of Montgomery, Rommel and the others participated in the battle are also on display.

Lunch break then continue to visit the WW II Cemeteries, located on the west of the town, on a small peninsula overlooking the sea. The citadel like cemeteries is the final resting place for Common wealth, Greek, Italian and German soldiers.

The tour includes visit to the valley temple facing the great sphinx.

You will be having lunch on the way which is included.
